A Delicious Dream Is Born

Oulay Ceesay Fisher came from The Gambia, a small country in West Africa within Senegal. Her family was blessed with a long tradition of preparing amazing Senegambian cuisine. This combination of Senegalese and Gambian food comes from the Jollof people spanning both countries and is well known for it’s amazing spices and wood fired grilling.

Her amazing cuisine is now in Las Vegas!
